Yes , it is now available in Media - Ads. May be efective. but the Vedic scripture says any attempt to maditate on a single focus for less than 20 minutes (like oil poring down continuously ) is not MEDITATION . But 'ssekers are free to take guidance from any source, even from Media -Ads)
I remember a good story told to me by a friend that is as follows : - An eager person took a shaot -course for Meditation with a 'Guarantee' of success after practising for 2wks, paying $50 only. And he ventured. After 2 wks he sat and meditated and was expecting God knocking on his door any time, Even after 10 minutes gone and when he heard no knock , he got up and opned the door to see if the divine was waiting out side !......Afterward this frustrated devotee became an Atheist.
