//Q why Hindus have so many gods ? /= Not only hindus have too many gods but to a good hindu,- everything is god or divie, every thing from God , gods, man , beast ,insect tres ,stones unto universe and all within the ultimate GOD or 'Parameshwar' or First cause. In short, every thing visible ,invisible is part of and within GOD So everything is extension of the Divine. The 'SANATAN-Religions' of Vedantic root is Absolute Monism with pantheistic out-look and to them ,even other religions, even our enremies are manifestation of SINGULAR DIVINE,{ PURUSHOTTAMA]. //Q - why then people of Different religions fight , so often and so much amongst themselfes ? /= Why in Soccer game or in boxing , the opponents fight ! ;because that is the law of the game . History will tell you that even within one religion,- there are sects who fight for their own groth and gain. //Q- Why does God allow it //Q - Because GOD is amused ! and the Univrse(s) are the Cosmic Game of the DIVINE. And GOD enjoys the sily -play of 'HIS' foolish Children , like a father who is amused by his chidren's play and quarrel.//Q- You said that God is not only in Heaven but everywhere and everything ? /= yes , because GOD is OMNIPOTENT and OMNIPRESENT and everything is within IT.//Q - Then what is meant by -" my father who is in Heaven" ? /= As much as when he says " I and my father are one".//q - But even then we are not God ? /- Right ! -But we are his children and can try to be like HIM !.(concluded).[written 1990s ,-while in U.S.A ].
