Interpretation :
The First cause is beyond all perceptual and  measurable  features(mentally or intellectually). And by IT or THAT.  the whole  Universe or Cosmos is expressed through manifestation ( not creation).
Every thing perceptible (EMF-expression) or any thing beyond(potential) i.e all  living , mutable and immutable  possibiities are within that First Cause.
And  that First Cause is not within anything nor THAT is 'He' or 'She' or IT !

Interpretation :
Not even that: In reaity, the living and non-living Universe(Cosmos ) is not  within the SUPREME LORD ( First cause) even !  That is the Magic display of Cosmic Illusion ! 
Without  being within or integrated , the whole manifested and  Un-manifested (  the living / mutabble  and immutable Universe   or Cosmos ) exists , through manifestation or as potential , under the overwhelming influence of the  Supreme  Lord or First Cause.
