Naren Datta a 19th century Indian was one such ,who in 1893 came to the World Congress of Religion ,held in Chicago, U.S.A, and shook the world by his spiritual force , Ocean-vast knowledge and earned the name Tornado-swami.
More things to know and tell about is his GURU, Sri Ramakrishna who ,better be introduced ,here , by his disciple , swami Vivekananda himself;
`I had the rare fortune of sitting at the feet of one such Guru who could not write his own name without making more than one mistake , -yet I was not worthy of tying the lace of his shoes`.
He was not only spiritual and realised Saint . He was spirituality personified. By his mere touch 0r body-vibration ,Ramakrishna could transfer spirituality into another worthy disciple. Hard to believe ! Read Roma Rolland`s book on him to revise your opinions one divine man who told about multiple living worlds in 1883,three years before the invention of Radio-Telescope and declaring the certainty of other planets out-side our Solar-sphere.

THE FINAL TRUTH :

All wars or regional frictions are cleverly designed ethnic, theocratic or political Chess-play for expansion and domination. It flares up and spread with involvement of more nations on the basis of final gain. Even the UNO is impotent in the early phase of Crisis for it is only an organisation of most powerful five with tail-holding supporters. ( like in lion`s meal, with packs of wolves waiting and dreaming their after-math share.

EARLY Science :

The highest gift to Homo-sapiens on ascent was expanding Consciousness. Discriminatory power and power of contemplation lead ,simultaneously the theory of God and Scie4nce. The earliest Science, without tools of objective appliance was contemplative philosophy. Simultaneously in the Axial civilised (settled ) world like in Bhatata (I dislike the slang Word-India) a se3ctin of this discriminatory path(Vedantic -Samkhya) discovered the inter play of Consciousness and (Mother)Nature ,Purusha and Prakrity as the Divine First Cause of all that is , that is not and that ever will be.
It se3ems, thus , that the advent of Divinity , Anthropomorphic God and and Contemplative growth of contemplative knowledge named Science was almost simultaneous. Modern Science took birth in the womb of provable field with the developments of tools for applied science.

COSMIC IDEAS :
The Universe according to Modern Science is 10 to 13 billion yrs old (not 4000 yrs as Bible decides ) and if the Universe collapses just this moment , it will take another 10-13 billion years to reach its original point. So, enough, enough life-times to wait and see. This is the story told by Big- Crunch theory .
Could the Universe be originated in another way ? Stephen Hawking answers -`Could be; but we would not be here to report it`.(Brief History of Time) Before him ,Einstein said thus(- `God does not play Dice`(Uncertainty principle). Quantum Universe is the most puzzling chapter of advanced Cosmology.

ANIMAL- MAN Vs THE MAN-ON -AScent :

My Anatomy Professos in my Medical College (1951-52) was an exceptionally talented orator, making the most difficult subject, a delecious soup.The day he talked about ascent of man from Animal form was most interesting , and as follow :
`the difference between the animal and the man ,anatomically, are following five ;
I. Liberation of the hands(action). 2.Appositin of the thumb(skill). 3.Binocular Vision(Acquity) 4. Erection of the Spine(BI-pid) and finally 5. dropping off of the tail (and then finishing with his inimitable way and looking deeply into the eyes of his students he would add- `though some you have not yet dropped your tails`.
To day when inrovert , I see clearly that most men are more animal in their habits ispite of their anatomical `graduation` and force me to believe that evolutioary process ic a very very long -term process. Look into the History ;or look at the psresent wars and all theocratic and ethnic or Economic brutalities and then you will agree with my great professor`s opinion,- I know.

MEDIA ETHICS :


There is a Bengali Proverb which says that where ever there is carcass, -the Vultures fly joyously over it to celebrate. I am an aged man (recluse) and my past -time is to chew out time with T.V News. The present –day-War tragedies are not only well exposed and over-discussed but so often repeated and redesigned to make it some spicy dishes or use it like a commercial Olympic.
Some one said(? Edward Price ) -`What happens is fact and is made out of it is News` .
Some times very common –se`nse conclusions are colored and hyped to the degree of over – exposure like in aAult -Night-show`- T.V-film. When Global Tragedies are prepared or put up on the table to re-shape it like in a plastic -surgery transformation.,it pains and strains even an aged man` s waning mind like that of mine. Perhaps, all tragic events, these days, benefits the Media the most.

GLOBAL VIEW :

It is a dangerous world now! The modern war-machine and War-amunitions,easily avaiable,are now weapons of any nation, waho can pay. More terrifyimg fact is that, they are now the means to solve all theocratic,Ethnic ,inter-sectarian frictions. Take a Global view of present war, be it Iraq or Iraq or Irael-Hezbollah clash .The ancient Ethnic and religious but regional -wars are now expanding and engulfing the global stage with aa modern balistic and nuclear weapons threatening the very existence of the World we live in. Only one question needs an answer ,- Quo Vadis, Dear 21st Century !!. The primitive war had its origin in inter-ethnic clash;The 21st Century seems to strat as a duplicate process.

SCIENCE, RELIGION, ATHEISM & SPIRITUALITY :

The first scientist of the earliest advancing Homo-sapiens was ,perhaps an `atheist` and not a blind believer who adored Nature more out of fear and ignorance ,overwhelmed by the `magic power of the Sun, the Moon ,Lightning & Fire on Earth.
In Vedic World this approach was named - `Samkhya Yoga` or the path od discriminatory knowledge. The athiest has the gifted power of challenging everything and accept nothing without discriminatory analysis and final acceptance. As he denies the rule of anthropomorphic God (with a belly- button) who protect and help only homo-sapiens ; he shifts the responsibility on himself to better the condition of suffering beings.
The other way was and still is the way of self-realisation by Vedic Sages who ventured the thesis of `Know thyself( Atmanang biddhi`) by diving within ( RAJA Yoga ) and taking the daring role of Analysis of Consciousness ( Observer-field & observation of phenomena),

It is important to know that, occidental term `Philosophy and the Vedantic term `Darshan` are not synonym. While philosophy means love for knowledge, Darshan is the self realizing experience of sages of Vedic Age which is neither leaning nor knowing through ~Credit-Card- borrowing of information .from external source. An atheist in certain way is really a scientist or a Samkhya follower and better placed than blind believer and timid follower (under influence )

SCIENCE :

If you can not challenge every proposition,- including the possibility of existence of God,yoy can not be a Scientist.A scientist must challenge even his own belief.

GLOBAL VIEW : The heavy, heavy dark clouds are looming large on Asiatic land i.e Israel and Lebanon.This is an area of the World under the Sky where more than two thousand years back jesus was born not in a palace but in a stable. Since over that 2ooo years the face of the Earth has changed its features so many times in so many ways. Jesus said -` I have come not to make peace but war`. Of course, we now know his war was against dark force of corruption,blind faith ,animal-greed and primitive habits(sperstition). Even `Krishna, of post-Vedantic era dseclared that whenever Global crisis is on the verge of total destruction, the divine incarnations are sent down to deal with the crisis(`Yada yada hi dharmasya......-Geeta}.
The present global theologic end economic imbalances throughout the World, signals something ominous. It is said the Global wars are balancing act of Mother Nature and is a reflex response of un-knowable subtle Power, may be from Quantum Depth or, Cause and effect of Cosmic Law of Science..

GLOBAL VIEW : WAR And PEACE OR WAR FOR PEACE

The head line looks so reassuring but may belong to virtual world.. All Wars are like Storms and cyclones that do not land for peace but for death and disaster. The out–come always is, –the innocents and un-involved suffer most, on long term.
All hyped presentations or media show keep us informed but not always with truth.
More crisis , the better businwess for Media and ,perhaps more distortion and `repeats` of identical events. In War the soldiers die or get wounded but innocent people suffer most, collective way. This is nothing new ,nor even sudden ,though tragic. The remedy lies in the diagnosing the cause and up-rooting it in preventive phase and not , to exploit for `political bonus` by guardian Nations,in the phase of Aftermath.

If there be War this time , it wii not be world war III but Final War for Human Existence. It is said that throughout history of man more human beings have been killed by religious war than by all others put together. The present conflict between Israel and
Lebanon(Hezbullah) if drawn into an exploding War involving neighboring countries
(Muslim ) will be a war of Religion sucking in ,ultimately ,even super powers. Now with stock-piles of total missiles and nuclear-bombs and with rogue nations itching for war games, the result will be the FINAL WAR and not World War III. There will be no
name-worthy nations left after Nuclear Olympic War Games. .All Scripture predict that final phase of `Dissolution` is approaching now . Shall it be then this 21st
Century is being stamped for such destruction of Human-animals of war –instinct !
Will this nuclear war if it happen, extinct all life from the face of earth ? The bold answer is -No. Self –destruction may be Human- fate but Life –destruction is not. This will be explained in next Posting .

`BRAVE NEW WORLD` of Aldous Huxley is,at last knocking on the doors of reality. We are becoming more and more-programmed to live a life patterned by our carry-along pocket sensor-gadgets.Man now is more the slaves of Machine than when man was the master.Even while driving ,we are more a slave to a cellulaer Phone We are more regulated by viagra than normal emotional bondage of love,trust and acceptance. A day may be approaching when, to marry ,we might have to keep ready the divorce-papers signed in advance or, to say `Good morning, we would check the sensor response of our pocket- compeuter to measure response.

But see and wait to see. how this super-wreapon of Expanding Consciousness is tempting humanity to-ward self-destruction.A day may come when every intelligent man will have a cellular phone-bomb in his pocket to initiate a gloibal war in all corners and at-once, for a tragic final finish of human-excellence !

SPIRITUALITY :Matter-Energy is interchangable and constanT.E==mass multiplied by square-vlue of light-speed (matter-energy is constant and interchangable).This divine formula is also the road map to Spirituality. All matter is frozen energy and quantum value of energy is `Spirit` at sub-atomic(quantum) level. We all and everything are hidden spirit of higher dimension.

It is more difficult and diversionery to search the source of `spirit` outside one`s own `self` or soul.Body-mind-ego-intellect-psychae, -are projections of soul-consciousness.All perceptions are play of electro-magnetic field and as such all simulated reality is the game of relativity. When,as doctor you kill germs to save your patient you justify it but it is killing alright.How my life is more valuaable than pneumonia-germ,I suffer from.So killing or murdur is a chess-game of wit and justification. What is abortion and choice of life? What is this daily killing on so many war-front !
We are all murderers on different counts of life and we are designed by Nature to be killed and replaced; or, the Evolution of Recycling and re-incarnation would be impossible.The matter-energy being Costant, Involution-Evolution is carried on through the process of living and dying.(I am almost,out-jumping the issue).For the ultimate benifit of life and health, Stem Cell research may be necessary,while ,in view of Darwin`s Survival of the fittest (self-survival)the intent of VETO may be a Political reality.

SPIRITUALITY : Spiritual poise is an attitude of practical living and a way of rational thinking rather than traditional identity status. Stephen Hawking`s words-`the decision of the flower that is blooming to day was imbedded in the very moment of Big-Bang`(ref -Brief history of Time). Whether Hawking is ,out-wardly, an athiest or other-wise, matters not. His very opinion is the sure indentification of his spiritual status.

mystically, under JESUS-SKY.The forcast has been desribed ,poetically` in REVELATION and with abundant metphor.With missile and nuclear bombs,now in plenty and with more Nations ,big,small and un-desired,what better back-ground can we expect for the last show of living World.Other than WMDs in plenty,clash of faith,politics,commercial piracy and human `tom-foolery` has made all situations ripe for a most interesting Stage-play of WAR AND DEATH. Only,no Shakespeare will be there to write hi8s next Master-piece for the next Civilisation, in the After-math.

SCIENCE:(Research and advancement of Science)To day (7/17/o6)there is now a great debate in the Senate of U.S.A ,glowing like fire to see through darkness.
Bias and blind faith has often stood in way of the progress and illumination of knoledge, the best gift of the Divine(or Nature for atheists) .May I dare to ask here: i) Who burnt Bruno on the stake for his advanced view? ii)who harassed Copernicus for his illuminated ideas about Solar system? iii) Who tortured and imprisoned Galileo for his ideas,century ahead of his time.Obstinate and dark faith always has misruled over the Earth in the name of Religion and Faith,the words that did block advancement of knowledge under masked stand of orthodoxy.To establish and support the ideals and ethics of living world, discrimination and ultimate-benifit for the good of whole of living beings and ecologic process should be put above all conditions,- dominated by blind faith of Institutional establishments and self-serving politics.

GLOBAL VIEW OF WORLD WARS: Global Wars are most often planned programmes of grouped nations with clever brain-washing of peopple through mass information(?)(propaganda)technique.The rules appliied is Goebel`s method of convetring lie into `truth` by repeating a lie many times.Next step is to get more nations on your side,preferably with super-,missile and nuclear powers on your side. Like in Second World war, it is smart to invent invasion and take stand of self-defence.In these days of breeding nuclear and missile capscities ,nobody knows if humanity has reached` or not` the phase of `Final war` of Self-Destruction and replacement of humanity by next `species` (Darwin`s Evolutionary process).

SCIENCCE : Eternal Law is never invented or created ,-only discovered. Newton`s Law of Gravitation was there long,long,and long before Newton, before the birth of `Science` or even before our solar system.Contemplation, hypothesis, thesis, theory and Law are successive process of development of Science.

GLOBAL VIEW OF WARS: Wars are crime against living process. History of war is always written by winners and as such one sided.War does not observe any rule.Some World-leader`s remark that israel`s response was disproportionate, - is ridiculous.
What is `proportionate response` in war !! World-wars are mostly balancing act of Mother Nature. The victim of war is always the innocent people.

SPIRITUALITY: If GOD is there,then God was there before the word `GOD` was there.Then,what was the name of God before anyone was there? If God was not there when `Big-Bang` was there,-who was the author of that BANG ? And,if everything has come out of nothingness,then what is the identity/potentiality of that`Nothingness`?

GLOBAL VIEW
20/2o vision and myopic vision are not same vision. Within 9-inches,even our normal vision gets distorted. We see the world as we desire to shape it. For `Total- vision we need to be free or un-attached.Global vision is total vision while as egoist we scan the world in division. Whether we will stick to the leaf or know the tree as the whole depends on the poise of our attitude.

SCIENCE : The marrige of science and spirituality will happen happily the day when the words - nvolution and evolution will be accepted as one -word or as obverse and reverse of the `same coin`.
What is evolution without something getting involved. The seed gets involved and then evolves as a tree unto fruit and to seed again. Evolution without involution is absurd. Let Darwin revise his `Law`.
