1. get out on the road and look around ; a begger ...a labourer, a servant, maid servant , an arrested thief; go on looking and be aware that in your previous life you were each one of them in ascending order or at random....you will lose your ego and pride.
2.look farther the meat -,seller , the rickshaw puller, the auto-driver,the fruit - seler ; yes in some previous live you must have been each one of them.that feeling will make you more aware and expand your consciousness.
3.Move any where - the markrt ,the college , the conference hall,the procession : you are one of them i.e a part and not, never the whole of any process.
4. take some time and rest and look at the flowing river or the motionless cerulean sky; and know that you are ever a fraction and neveer the whole; a fraction only and not an integer. You were always bound my million threads of conditions for your feeling of existence.The only ONE or whole is the whole Universe within the DIVINE
5. SOLILOQUY - !!!Let us explore ! Einstein's E=mcSqure disclosed the matter-enegy relation of the material universe. Max Planck's Quantum unit led to the modern magic of quantum mechanics of sub-atomic Universe. All great formulas are like sublime poetry, so also the sutras of Vedantic realisations. With Roman arithmatics ,science would have been,even to day, a lame duck ! It is Space science that we ae now busy with . Let us again travel several thousands years back to the period Vedantic Realisation.

COSMOLOGY/SPIRITUAL SCIENCE & CONSCIOUSNESS: Vedantic spirituality(Indian) expounds , I believe,that Veda means neither a a manascript or scripture nor a Book ,temporal, but all positive uttered words of faith and Revelations and knowledge , from the begining of Life and Conscious expression unto not only the present but the futire infinte.Vedantic spirituality is all inclusive, eastern, western ,Global. Modern Science proposes ( Michio kaku in his "Parallel Worlds") proposed that the Universe itself is perhaps a 'symphony of strings and "mind of God " that Einstein told eloquently about is but 'Cosmic -music' resonating throughout Hyperspace.

Thus , after multiple-Universes - Theory & 'String- theory are almost accepted, Expert mental Cosmology is ,now, singing in chorus with vedantic realisation that (with inspiration and expiration 'Brahma', universes are created and destroyed). And this process is endless and infinite. 'OM' is not a vocal sound but Cosmic Vibration ( may be from string or even beyond) and Sages in India had been telling about that for thousands of years.(When we practice OM, we are only trying to simulate it vocally

For this 21st Century, the present vision and idea of majority of humanity is very narrow ,shallow and enclosed.

For better man should have his vision on Global/Universal standard with both scientific and spiritual truth , up-dated and integrated.

My religion is Humanism ad my spirituality is Evolutionary ascent towards Unitary faith in which an ant or an insect and I have same right and privilege for our present and future. IV. One can be spiritual without having a religious ID or one can be externally religious without being spiritual. V. Other forms of gods or faith are necessary as Nursery, Primary and all forms of schools and colleges are necessary (and even the universities and beyond) as the single jacket may not fit everyone. - H.
